Quick, easy and delicious spaghetti meal

Serves: 4 

  • 350 g spaghetti
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 200 g sliced leg ham cut into strips
  • 300 g mushrooms thinly sliced
  • 300 ml light thickened cream
  • quarter cup chopped fresh flat leaf parsley leaves

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:30min 

  1. Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling, salted water. Drain.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan, add ham, cook stirring for 2 minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms; cook stirring for 3 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to medium low; add cream and parsley and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bring to a simmer and add the cooked pasta. Mix and serve.
