Dill Yoghurt Salad Dressing

    This salad dressing is low fat but beautifully creamy! You can add different herbs if you prefer, I like the fresh chives and dill of this version.

    Serves: 8 

    • 250g low-fat Greek yoghurt
    • 1 tablespoon vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon honey
    • 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
    • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    1. In a small bowl, whisk together the yoghurt, vinegar, lemon juice and honey. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving so the flavours combine.
