This is a creamy and sweet dressing that combines yoghurt, honey and dill in a delightful dressing that can be used on any salad.


Serves: 8 

  • 200g low fat yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dill, diced
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the yoghurt, vinegars and honey.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
