Bring the thickened cream to the boil using a microwave or the stove then take off the heat.
Break up the white chocolate into small pieces in a bowl and pour the cream over the chocolate. Stir occasionally until all chocolate is melted. Allow to cool but not set.
Add the soft cheese and blend. Spoon into ramekins. Add fruit for decoration. Chill in fridge for at least two hours preferably overnight.
