Chilli Feta Dip

    This Greek dip known as 'Tyrokafteri' can be served as a side to chips. The type and amount of chilli you use is up to you. Serve with crusty bread or pita for an unbelievably quick and easy nibble.

    • 400g feta
    • 1 red or green chilli, seeds removed

    Preparation:10min  ›  Extra time:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Place the feta and the chilli in a food processor. Process until a smooth, creamy consistency is reached.
