This is a brilliant recipe , it was really easy to follow and i have never weighed the eggs before so just did exactly what it said and turned out fantastic .....Thankyou for a great cake

I've used this recipe twice now - once to make my very first victoria sponge and the second time to make cupcakes. Both times were a great success and a big hit with the family, young and old, male and female. The victoria sponge came out looking a bit heavy, but it was surprisingly light when bitten into!! The cupcakes were very light too. Deffinate fave recipe which will be used a lot - thank you

I made this cake twice; the first time didn`t turn out so good, it was very flat.Though the second time turned out much better.
