Tagliatelle with Pesto and Sausage

    This is the easiest pasta to make and it still tastes great. The heat of the pasta warms the pesto, smoked sausage and cream.

    Serves: 2 

    • 200g tagliatelle or fettuccini
    • smoked pork sausage, sliced
    • 4 tablespoons green or red pesto
    • 150ml cream
    • 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste
    • grated cheese, to serve

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Cook the pasta in boiling water according to packet instructions. Drain and return to the pan.
    2. Stir in the remaining ingredients then seasoning to taste.
    3. Serve with grated cheese.
