Blue Cheese Stuffed Dates

    Dates are stuffed with blue cheese and wrapped in prosciutto. A delicious and easy canape that is sure to impress guests.

    Serves: 12 

    • 12 dates
    • 100g Stilton or other blue cheese
    • 2 slices prosciutto, sliced into strips

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Halve the dates and remove the core.
    2. Stuff each date with a little blue cheese then wrap in a strip of prosciutto.
    3. Secure with a wooden skewer then bake for 5 minutes at 180 degrees C.
