Chicken and Mushroom Curry

    The chicken falls off the bone in this beautiful chicken and mushroom curry. If you don't have the 6 hours required it can be done in an oven at 180 degrees C for 90 minutes.

    Serves: 2 

    • 4 chicken thighs
    • 1 onion, diced
    • 1 (400g) tin condensed low fat mushroom soup
    • 150g mushrooms, sliced
    • 2 teaspoons curry powder, to taste
    • 2 teaspoons dried mixed herbs

    Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:6hours  ›  Ready in:6hours15min 

    1. Fry the chicken in a frying pan to brown it a bit. Place the chicken in the slow cooker.
    2. Fry the onions in the frying pan until soft. Add to the chicken.
    3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the slow cooker and give it a little bit of a stir. Cook for 6 hours.
