Baked Garlic Chicken

    Chicken legs are stuffed with sliced garlic before being seasoned with Italian herbs and baked until crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 chicken legs
    • 7 garlic cloves
    • 1 pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
    • 1 pinch Italian herbs

    1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
    2. Make 3 small incisions on the chicken legs. Insert 2 garlic cloves that have been thickly sliced into incisions. Place chicken legs on baking tray.
    3. Sprinkle salt onto both sides of the chicken legs and rub in. Sprinkle black pepper and mixed herbs onto both sides.
    4. Spread the remaining garlic cloves onto the baking tray around the chicken. Bake for 30 minutes.
