Baked Chinese Salt and Pepper Chicken

Crumbed chicken is cooked in the oven before being added to stir fried onion and capsicum that is in a salt and pepper sauce.

Tasted like a 'home made takeaway' which was pretty much what I was expected. I made it way too spicy though.

Thought this recipe was nice. I have to admit, I used half the chilli's and half the garlic, and that was a bit too garlicy for me personally, but my husband loved it. Great techniques with breadcrumbs onto the chicken - which we did from scratch. I think this recipe would be perfect for my family with a bit less garlic. Otherwise, I really enjoyed it, and I normally have to have a sauce with my food, but this was great without.
