Roast Broccoli

    25 minutes

Although an unusual way to cook broccoli, roasting creates a tasty result, particularly when the edges get a bit crunchy and the stalks are still firm.

Wonderful recipe. The broccoli is flavorful, tender, and crispy at the edges. My family loved it. I would definitely make it again (and again)!  -  19 May 2013

Love it! I bought the broccoli sprouts but didn't want to eat it boiled again and didn't know what else to do with it. I am so glad I found your recipe. I added mild cheddar instead Parmesan cheese and still it was very yummy. I had freshly baked walnut bread to go with it.  -  11 Sep 2011  (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)

Used mature cheddar instead of parmesan and served with a Texas rubbed brisket of beef and roast potatoes. Will be on the menu again soon  -  23 Feb 2014  (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)
