    Try this dill sauce over fish for a lovely taste. It's also good as an alternative to tzatziki or on veggies burgers. You can adjust the amount of lemon to your taste.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 1/2 cup (125ml) sour cream
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • small handful chopped fresh dill

    Directions

    1. Whisk together sour cream, mustard, lemon juice and dill until well blended. Chill before serving.

    Excellent. Very quick and tasty with fish and vegetables. We used low fat sour cream and I added just a touch of sugar. We served it on Mother's Day with salmon, she loved it! - 29 Sep 2008
