    Quincy Jam can be served with sweets as a compote or savoury with a leg of lamb, lamb chops or pork. It is for immediate use however not long term storage.

    Serves: 12 

    • 1kg quince, peeled and thinly sliced
    • 600g white sugar
    • 500ml water

    Preparation:20min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:35min 

    1. Combine the quince, sugar and water and bring to the boil in a large saucepan. The quince should be just covered with water.
    2. Continue at a rolling boil until the quince is transparent. Allow to cool before serving. Store in the fridge or freezer.
