A great way to get kids consuming more vegetables with this sweet treat. Pumpkin, maple syrup and ice cream finished off with a little cinnamon.


Serves: 1 

  • 100g pumpkin, cooked
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 75ml lite milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 pinch cinnamon, to taste

Preparation:10min  ›  Ready in:10min 

  1. Place the cooked pumpkin in the blender and pulse until a smooth puree.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a 250ml glass and sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired. Serve immediately.
