BBQ Coriander Pork Chops

BBQ Coriander Pork Chops

Be the first to make this!

This unusual BBQ choice makes a nice change from a plain old pork chop. The garlic and coriander seeds provide a lovely flavour.

Serves: 4

  • 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
  • 50ml soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 pork chops

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:30min

  1. Mix together the coriander seeds, soy sauce, garlic and sugar. Put the chops on a plate and spoon the coriander mixture over them. Leave for 30 minutes, turning once. Reserve the marinade.
  2. BBQ the chops for 2 minutes on each side on a hot heat. Move to a cooler part of the BBQ for a further 8 minutes on each side or until the pork is cooked through and tender; baste occasionally with the marinade.
