These wonderful bite sized snacks are full of breakfast cereal and held together with golden syrup, sugar and margarine.
90g rice bubbles or corn flakes
4 tablespoons golden syrup
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon margarine
Extra time:2hours chilling ›
- Put 24 patty cups in 2 cupcake trays.
- Melt the margarine over a low heat in a saucepan. Add the golden syrup and sugar. When the sugar has disolved remove from the heat then add the rice bubbles or corn flakes. Stir to combine.
- Divide equally in the 24 cases. Leave in fridge to set.
