    I came up with this chocolate cupcake recipe in my cooking class at school. I iced the cupcakes and put half an oreo in the side so that these look like cups.

    Serves: 12 

    • 125g butter, softened
    • 1/2 cup (125g) caster sugar
    • 3/4 cup (90g) self-raising flour
    • 1/4 cup (30g) cocoa powder
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 tablespoons milk
    • 6 oreos chopped/crumbled

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C (180 fan forced). Line a muffin tin with patty pans.
    2. Put all of the ingredients except for the milk and oreos in a food processor and process until smooth.
    3. Add the milk and process until it is runny. Stir in the oreos
    4. Spoon into the patty pans.
    5. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
    6. Allow to cool then decorate.
