Fry the mince, onion, salt and pepper together until brown.
Add the frozen vegetables and mix in well.
Add the flour and mix until it forms a thick paste. Gradually add the stock until there is enough liquid to cover the top of the meat. Keep stirring until it is just the right thickness according to personal taste.
Once the mixture has started to bubble, transfer to an ovenproof dish and place the sliced potatoes on top to cover all of the mince.
Cover with a few knobs of butter or grated cheese if preferred.
Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until the potatoes are brown and slightly crispy and cheese is bubbling and brown.
Not flavorsome enough for my liking , was just like boiled chicken so would add more spices or some chorizo to lift it, Husband polished it off and so did one child out of two so will keep in mind - 25 May 2016
