Mascarpone and Lime No-Bake Cheesecake

    55 minutes

A different kind of cheesecake recipe. Instead of using a lime you can use an orange or lemon. You can also use gingernuts for the base.

Great recipe. I added extra sugar as it was a bit to sharp for my taste. Used chocolate digestives and chocolate chip cookies for the base. Yummy!  -  29 Aug 2014  (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)

Really easy and delicious. I have doubled the ingredients and put it in an 8" loose bottomed cake tin.  -  22 Oct 2011  (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)
