An easy and kind of decadent way to eat mangoes during mango season. A nice easy summer dessert. Use cake crumbs instead of the biscuits.

Ingredients
Serves: 8
500ml creme fraiche
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
1 tablespoon golden syrup
8 tablespoons plain sweet biscuit crumbs
2 ripe mangoes, chopped
Directions Preparation:20min › Extra time:1hour chilling › Ready in:1hour20min
Combine the creme fraiche, nutmeg, lemon zest and golden syrup in a bowl and whip to combine.
Lay out 8 glasses. Start with a layer of the creme fraiche mixture, then 1/2 a tablespoon of biscuit crumbs, then a layer of chopped mango. Repeat layers once more. Chill until serving.
