    An easy cocktail and variation on the classic Kir Royal. Instead of champagne this one uses cider and black currant liqueur (Creme de Cassis).

    • 1 measure creme de cassis
    • 4 measures cider

    1. Pour the Creme de Cassis into the glass and then top with cider. Serve (drink!) immediately.
