Everybody has heard of peanut butter, well this recipe is the cashew version. It is easy to make and you know exactly what is in it - cashews. Great on toast.
I thought this was pretty good. I didn't precisely measure the cashews, but I blended them in my Vitamix blender. Eating it plain I thought it was okay, but once I put it on the bread I really liked the nutty taste without it being too strong like peanut butter. I spread some on a piece of toasted multi-grain gluten free bread. It made for a filling breakfast. ty - 06 May 2013
