These meat patties are easy to make with fried onion and spices. Serve on burger buns with lettuce, tomato, onion and mayonnaise or relish.
1 tablespoon oil
1 small onion, finely diced
450g steak, minced
30g parsley, diced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the onion for 5 minutes until softened.
- Blend all ingredients together and form into burgers. BBQ for 10 minutes on each side until cooked.
