1 head lettuce, sliced
2 large tomatoes, diced
2 avocados, sliced
1 small onion, finely sliced
30g green or black olives, to taste
200g lightly salted tortilla chips, crushed
1 (400g) tin red kidney beans, drained
1 (400g) tin chickpeas, drained
50ml Italian salad dressing
3 tablespoons sour cream
3 tablespoons taco seasoning
175g cheddar cheese, grated

In a large mixing bowl or salad bowl combine the lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, onion, olives, tortillas, kidney beans and chickpeas. Set aside.
In a separate small mixing bowl mix the Italian salad dressing, sour cream and taco seasoning together until thoroughly blended. Pour on top of the salad and toss together until evenly distributed throughout.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and serve immediately.
