This gluten free bread is quick and easy as well as being full of fibre from the flax and almond. Great toasted with cheese.

I was nicely surprised with this recipe it turned out really well. Used a heaped tablespoon of honey instead of agave. Almond meal was unblanched almond meal and gave it a bit of extra fibre so I left out the flax seeds and it was fine. - 21 Apr 2017
