Creamy Chicken and Mushroom

Chicken in a creamy sauce with mushrooms. A simple dinner for the whole family. Jazz it up by serving in vol-au-vent shells.
4 chicken breasts
250g button mushrooms
1 (400g) tin chicken or mushroom soup
250ml thickened cream
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Place the chicken into a casserole dish then pour over the tin of soup and stir in the mushrooms (either whole or chopped).
- Place in the oven for 1 hour. After 45 minutes pour in the cream and turn the oven off. Serve with fluffy rice and green beans.
