Creamy Chicken and Mushroom

    Chicken in a creamy sauce with mushrooms. A simple dinner for the whole family. Jazz it up by serving in vol-au-vent shells.

    Serves: 4 

    • 4 chicken breasts
    • 250g button mushrooms
    • 1 (400g) tin chicken or mushroom soup
    • 250ml thickened cream

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:1hour  ›  Ready in:1hour10min 

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
    2. Place the chicken into a casserole dish then pour over the tin of soup and stir in the mushrooms (either whole or chopped).
    3. Place in the oven for 1 hour. After 45 minutes pour in the cream and turn the oven off. Serve with fluffy rice and green beans.
