Chilli Feta is a traditional Greek meze. It could not be easier to make yet is still impressive. The feta is sprinkled with chilli flakes and olive oil then grilled.
3 tablespoons chilli flakes, to taste
1 dash olive oil, to taste
- Preheat oven 150 degrees C.
- Place the feta in a small baking tray. Sprinkle the chillies over the feta to desired taste. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Place in the oven with the grill on but on the middle rack.
- Cook until the feta is heated through and soft, about 10 minutes. Check halfway through to ensure the chillies aren't burning.
