Has to be the Best bolognese I hAve ever made. They all loved it. I made penneys instead and turned it into a pasta. Ake but the theory is the same. I also sauté some mushrooms, and carrots along with celery and blitzed it a bit to get some extra veggies into them on the sly. Brilliant  -  27 Jun 2016  (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)
