    I used a bit of each of the spices I had in my cupboard and they turned out yummy. Tasty and so cheap to make.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 3 tablespoons plain flour
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 2 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
    • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
    • 1 teaspoon chilli powder, or to taste
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 7-8 chicken wings (skins on)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
    2. Mix flour, paprika, garlic salt, cayenne pepper, chilli, salt and pepper in a strong plastic bag, add wings and shake until coated well.
    3. Line your baking tray with foil and spread the butter over; this will give the wings their crispiness. Add wings to the tray and cook for about 15 minutes then turn them over and cook for another 10 minutes or until crisp and cooked through.
    4. Transfer to a plate and serve.
