I usually serve this delicious crispy duck breast with vegetable and a noodle stir fry. I love the sweet caramelised orange juice and the saltiness from the soy sauce.


Serves: 2 

  • 2 (400g) duck breasts
  • 1/2 orange, juiced
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:40min 

  1. Score the skin of the duck breast, making about 4 cuts on each. Put on a baking tray then pour orange juice and soy sauce on top.
  2. Bake in a 180 degrees C oven until cooked through. Baste regularly with own juices.
  3. Remove skin and slice. Heat a frypan and fry gently in its own fat until crispy. Serve immediately.
