    This is a great chocolate crackle that does not require copha. You can experiment with various breakfast cereals.

    Serves: 12 

    • 230g plain or milk chocolate, in pieces
    • 1 tablespoon golden syrup
    • 60g butter or margarine
    • 60g corn flakes or rice bubbles

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Place 12 patty cups in a cup cake tin.
    2. Put the chocolate, golden syrup and butter in a heavy based saucepan over low heat until melted; stir until smooth.
    3. Fold in the corn flakes or rice bubbles until evenly mixed then divide the mixture between the patty cups. Chill in the refrigerator until set.
