Easy Mustard Chicken

    A super simple and versatile mustard chicken recipe. Serve it with mashed potatoes, rice or crusty bread. You can also add any vegetables you fancy.

    Serves: 2 

    • 3 skinless, boneless chicken thighs, diced
    • 1 chicken stock cube
    • 1 teaspoon olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
    • 75ml white wine
    • 100ml cream
    • 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. In a large saucepan heat the oil and then brown the chicken. Crumble over the stock cube then add salt and pepper to taste.
    2. Once browned add the mustard and wine; boil for 5 minutes.
    3. Add the cream and turn the heat down low; simmer for 10 minutes. Check chicken is cooked through and serve.
