Simple Aioli

    This is a simple Aioli recipe that can be used for anything you would use mayonnaise for. Additional flavours can be added after such as wasabi.

    Serves: 1 

    • 1 whole egg
    • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    • 1 pinch salt, to taste
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, to taste
    • 1 clove garlic, diced
    • 150ml extra virgin olive oil

    1. Blend together all ingredients using an electric blender.
