Garlic Herb Chicken
This is a great way to enjoy chicken in a cream sauce with that little something special. The taste depends on what kind of cheese you pick.
Ingredients
Serves: 2
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 150g garlic and herb soft cheese
- 75ml thickened cream

- Heat oil in a large frying pan. Fry the chicken on a medium heat until slightly browned.
- Turn down the heat to a lower temperature then add the cheese and stir until no lumps of solid cheese remain.
- Add the cream and stir until fully combined.
- Serve with butter rice; cooked rice refried in butter.
