These light crispy pankakes are delicious and easy to make. You can have any topping you like and kids love them as well.
1/2 cup (60g) plain flour
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons milk
1 pinch salt, to taste
- Put the flour in a bowl and add an egg. Mix together.
- Pour in the milk and water then mix together. Add a tiny pinch of salt and mix in.
- Put cooking oil in a pan and get it hot. Pour in your mixture moving around the pan and when it starts cooking on one side turn it over.
