Crispy Pancakes

    These light crispy pankakes are delicious and easy to make. You can have any topping you like and kids love them as well.

    Serves: 1 

    • 1/2 cup (60g) plain flour
    • 1 egg
    • 2 tablespoons water
    • 2 tablespoons milk
    • 1 pinch salt, to taste

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Put the flour in a bowl and add an egg. Mix together.
    2. Pour in the milk and water then mix together. Add a tiny pinch of salt and mix in.
    3. Put cooking oil in a pan and get it hot. Pour in your mixture moving around the pan and when it starts cooking on one side turn it over.

    Have just come across this recipe and its how I make my own, its by far the best for me ! nice and simple and you can make extra thin pancakes, even crispy if you like ! note: most recipes have too much milk and too many eggs.
