    These light crispy pankakes are delicious and easy to make. You can have any topping you like and kids love them as well.

    Serves: 1 

    • 1/2 cup (60g) plain flour
    • 1 egg
    • 2 tablespoons water
    • 2 tablespoons milk
    • 1 pinch salt, to taste

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Put the flour in a bowl and add an egg. Mix together.
    2. Pour in the milk and water then mix together. Add a tiny pinch of salt and mix in.
    3. Put cooking oil in a pan and get it hot. Pour in your mixture moving around the pan and when it starts cooking on one side turn it over.
