These potatoes are super easy and super delicious. Perfect to cook along with a nice steak or chicken on the barbecue.
4 medium red potatoes
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 pinch garlic powder, to taste
1 pinch dried parsley, to taste
1 pinch salt, to taste
4 15x15cm squares aluminium foil
- Wash and poke potatoes with fork a few times.
- Put each potato on square of foil. Add tablespoon of butter to each potato then sprinkle with garlic powder, parsley flakes and salt.
- Wrap foil around each potato and place on preheated BBQ. Cook until tender turning occasionally to ensure evenness; about 20 minutes.
- Remove from BBQ and unwrap foil then serve with sour cream.
I used large potatoes and bbqd them for an hour. Absolutely delicious and superior to the oven baked versions.

Very easy to make! Really good to toss on the grill with other items to make a quick side dish.
