Preheat oven to 170 degrees C. Line and grease a 20cm square baking tin; set aside.
In a saucepan over a low heat melt the butter, golden syrup and agave syrup.
In a bowl place the seeds, almonds, oats, apricots and dates. Mix in the mashed bananas.
Add the melted mixture and combine. Turn out into prepared tray. Flatten to roughly 1.75cm in depth. Do not worry if it does not spread across the tray. The mixture will bake in whatever shape you create.
Bake for 20-30 minutes at 170 degrees C. Allow to cool in the tray for 10 minutes then cut into serving sizes. Turn out onto wire rack to cool completely.
