Chicken simmered in a simple tomato based sauce featuring balsamic vinegar and herbs (basil, oregano, rosemary and thyme). This is a delicious cacciatore served with rice or mashed potatoes.
Something else. All i did was score the chicken and fill a sandwich bag with ( a good splash of Olive Oil in the bag followed by all the herbs listed and left it in the fridge for 3 hours to soak all the flavours up). Had with Mash & Peas. - 02 Jan 2009 (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)
