This is a wonderful baked potato that can be a light meal or a wonderful side to a meat main. The sour cream gives it the wow factor.
Excellent spuds, quickly became a family favourite. Tip: keep the top piece of the potatoes you chop off as there is always left over mash mix, and these make tasty mini baked spuds. - 14 Dec 2016
