    For how simple it is to make this ice cream recipe has a very sophisticated taste. It's perfect for entertaining.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 285ml thickened cream
    • 370g good quality apricot jam
    • juice of half a lemon
    • 2 tablespoons Amaretto
    • 25g Amaretti biscuits, broken up

    Directions
    Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:45min  ›  Ready in:1hour 

    1. Whisk cream until it holds its shape.
    2. In a separate bowl mix the jam, lemon juice and liqueur.
    3. Fold the cream into the mix and then the biscuits.
    4. Put into an ice cream maker and churn until firm.
