Mini Tiramisu

    This is a quick tiramisu dessert served in individual wine glasses. Great for a classic dinner party dessert.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 350g mascarpone
    • 500ml fresh custard
    • 75ml brewed coffee, cooled
    • 250g madeira cake, cut into chunky fingers
    • 200g chocolate, coarsely chopped
    • 50ml marsala wine

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl, whip the mascarpone and custard together until fully combined.
    2. Using half of the madeira cake fingers, dip them into the cooled coffee and marsala. Then place them in the bottom of each of four serving glasses.
    3. Top with a little of the chopped chocolate, followed by a layer of the creamy mascarpone and custard mixture.
    4. Repeat the layers once more, finishing with a scattering of chocolate for decoration. Chill until you're ready to serve.
