Berry and Yoghurt Smoothie

    This is a delicious and adaptable smoothie - you can substitute blackberries or strawberries for blueberries, for example. The kiwi fruit adds a little tartness.

    Serves: 3 

    • 1 banana, chopped
    • 1 kiwi fruit, sliced
    • 3/4 cup blueberries
    • 1 cup ice cubes
    • 250g vanilla yoghurt

    1. Combine the banana, kiwi fruit, blueberries, ice cubes and vanilla yoghurt in a blender; blend until smooth.

    Finally found a smoothie I <3! Perfectly thick. Great health benefits... Serve mine in a bottomless wine glass with a straw and tropical umbrella!. Thinking of adding Chia seeds or LSA oil. Bring on summer and that hot fun in the sun bod!  -  26 Aug 2013
