Sundried Tomato Goats Cheese Dip

    Goats cheese, sundried tomatoes and garlic make for a tangy spread or dip. Excellent with a sliced baguette or pita.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 cup (125g) soft goats cheese
    • 1/3 cup chopped sundried tomatoes
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

    1. Combine the goats cheese, tomatoes, garlic and parsley in a food processor; mix until thoroughly combined.
