    This recipe makes a delicious crusty white bread with a subtle hint of rosemary. It's extremely simple to make in a bread machine.

    Serves: 10 

    • 1 (7g) sachet dry yeast
    • 2 cups (250g) plain flour
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon white sugar
    • 1 teaspoon butter, softened
    • 340ml warm water
    • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary, crushed
    • 2 teaspoons minced garlic

    1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select cycle; press Start.
