You might have had this delicious dish at a Chinese restaurant. It's actually very easy to make at home.
my boyfreiend who very rarely does much in the kitchen except be an amatuer microwave technician (tries to heat things up!) helped me out making this recipe (as i was preparing it as part of an asian inspired banquet)...he found it easy with a little of my instruction...only drama we had was medium high heat seemed a bit too high for our stove...so test out cooking a piece first...as cremated prawn toast tends to not get eaten! - 26 Nov 2010
