    This classic Greek favourite adds a little zest to the standard breakfast. Not much salt is needed as the feta is very salty.

    Serves: 2 

    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 teaspoon water
    • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
    • 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Heat butter in a frypan over medium-high heat.
    2. Beat eggs and water together then pour into pan.
    3. Add feta cheese then cook stirring occasionally to scramble. Season with salt and pepper.

    I love feta cheese so I thought this was great. I actually made it for dinner and added onion, tomatoes and oregano. Only used two eggs and used milk not water to mix. Yum - 24 Jun 2010
