Roasted Capsicum and Feta Dip

This recipe is extremely simple and very tasty. You can substitute Greek-style yoghurt for the plain if you want a little more body.

Ingredients
Serves: 7 

  • 1 roasted red capsicum
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 250g feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup (65g) plain yoghurt
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste

Directions

  1. Place the roasted pepper, garlic, feta cheese, yoghurt and cayenne pepper into a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
