A very good option for those who have allergies to eggs or nuts and want a chocolate chip cookie. A little dry for me, but tasty. I was skeptical on the bake time (15 minutes seemed long) but it worked out perfectly. Thanks for sharing!

Just made these as I had no eggs. Came out lovely just followed your recipe other than only had 100g of choc chips which worked out fine. Will post up pics soon. They were really light and crispy.

Very simple and great to involve the kids. I used white chocolate buttons as had no choc chips in. They turned out great! Very popular with the children, will deffinitely use this recipe agaain.

Very quick to make and taste good. Didn't have enough choc chips but still fine with fewer as cookies are very sweet. I did 15 mins in a fan oven, and could've probably done with a few mins less.

Really easy and really yum! I used baking margarine instead of butter and they still came out delicious.

Very quick to make. Mixture becomes extremely stiff, so very tricky to mix with a small hand-held. If you chose this because it is meant to be "NUT-FREE", BEWARE: COMMERCIAL CHOCOLATE CHIPS MAY CARRY A NUT ALLERGY WARNING! I bought two bags from different suppliers and they both did.
