    This wonderful dipping sauce is a combinaton of fish sauce, lime juice, ginger, garlic and chillies. It is great with either grilled, steamed or fried fish.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 8 

    • 1/4 cup (60ml) hot water
    • 1/4 cup (60g) white sugar
    • 1/4 cup (60ml) fish sauce
    • 1/4 cup (60ml) lime juice
    • 1/3 cup minced fresh ginger root
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 3 red chillies, chopped

    Directions

    1. Mix hot water, sugar, fish sauce, lime juice, ginger, garlic and chillies in a bowl. Serve with freshly cooked or barbecued fish.
